Sober Living
The MVP Recovery Sober Living Program is Licensed by the Department of Drug & Alcohol Programming. MVP Recovery is one of the first and largest Sober Living Programs Licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. As a DDAP Licensed Recovery House Program MVP Recovery is recognized and certified as a higher quality Sober Living Program than non-licensed Recovery Home Providers. In addition, as a DDAP Licensed Provider MVP Recovery can provide Sober Living funding for residents that qualify. Founded in 2014, The MVP Program helps individuals identify Relapse Warning Signs/Behaviors and how to change them. With over 200 graduates, MVP is the largest sober living program and most comprehensive recovery program in the region. Our approach includes multiple therapeutic resources in conjunction with structured and accountable independent community living. This model provides our graduates with the real lasting changes needed to obtain and maintain long-term sobriety.
The MVP Recovery Program employs Licensed and Certified staff to better support and assist our clients. MVP Recovery provides the services and resources necessary to achieve the 4 Components of Long-Term Sustainable Recovery; Health, Home, Purpose, and Community.
MVP Recovery provides supportive and structured sober living for both male and female clients as well as residents on MAT in our Medicated Supported Recovery (MSR) sober living program.
MVP Recovery employs certified peer to peer recovery supports that provide Recovery Coaching, Case Management services, and Sober Support to our clients.
MVP Recovery provides residents with Vocational Case Managers that assist them with resume building, job skills training, educational/vocational opportunities, life skills training, career mapping, budgeting/banking, and job/career placement.
MVP Recovery facilitates a national certified Family Nurturing Program which assists our clients in navigating the additional barriers associated with being a parent in recovery. This program teaches communication skills, boundary setting, and co-parenting support to assist our residents in achieving the necessary tools to be a successful parent in recovery.
MVP Recovery conducts regular outreach events that promote sober fun, fellowship, and sober activities. Many of these events are open to MVP family and sober support to allow them to be apart of your MVP Recovery journey. MVP Promotes wellness and regular exercise and works with programs in the county that support the MVP mission and provide opportunities for health and wellness activities.
Sober Living Financial Assistance is available for those who qualify.
